Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item(s) to us in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) within 10 days after receipt. If the product is not in its original condition we will charge a handling fee of 25 Euro.
Please include a note in your parcel with the following details: order number, name, address, telephone number, and bank details.
Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit. Items should be returned in their original packaging. ANEKOdesign will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty products. ANEKOdesign reserves the right to reject the returns of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
